Assistant Superintendent
Join our prestigious golf course team as an Assistant Superintendent Member and play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and playability of our first-class facilities. As a member of the grounds keeping team, you will contribute to creating an exceptional experience for our golfers by ensuring the course is in top condition. Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of daily maintenance operations to ensure the highest quality playing conditions.
- Oversee the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf-related products.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Collaborate with the Superintendent in budget management, equipment maintenance, and project planning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an effective turf management program.
- Monitor and address turf-related issues, such as disease, pests, and irrigation.
- Must possess or be able to acquire within 30 days of employment a MI Pesticide applicators License Categories 3a, 3b, 6
