Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Commercial/Industrial Piping Superintendent in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will have a stable work history, with a minimum of 12 years of expertise in commercial and industrial piping installation, progressing through roles such as foreman and superintendent. This position is crucial for overseeing large-scale piping projects, ensuring their successful completion within established timelines, budget constraints, and the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee all facets of commercial and industrial piping installation projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site personnel, including foremen and crews, to ensure efficient and successful project execution.
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements on all project sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and optimize workflow.
• Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Evaluate and procure necessary materials and equipment to support project needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Address and resolve challenges that may arise during project execution, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree or certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial/industrial piping installation, progressing through foreman and superintendent roles.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing large-scale piping projects.
• In-depth knowledge of the Phoenix construction market and local regulations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage on-site personnel effectively.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
