Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive the sales of HVAC equipment, including setting and achieving sales targets, developing pricing strategies, and managing customer relationships.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient project execution and adherence to company standards.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and manage sales and office staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales and service delivery.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control measures and risk management strategies to maintain high standards in all projects.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in commercial HVAC sales, with additional experience in sales or branch management highly desirable.
- Skills:

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
