Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the facility staffing and PPD, employee schedules, and assisting with various facility functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. MUST HAVE LTC STAFFING EXPERIENCE.
Duties:
- Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts
- Assist with training development and implementation for new hires
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance evaluations and succession planning
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Utilize HRIS systems such Hosted Time and excel to maintain accurate employee records
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in staffing coordinator role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using ATS systems and other HR software applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with training development and talent management concepts
