RV Customer Service Specialist

Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. of Nappanee Indiana is a dynamic and innovative RV company dedicated to delivering exceptional products to our customers. FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide timely and effective support to customers via; various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers with inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer needs and enhance overall customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• Prior RV Customer Service experience or related field.
• A genuine understanding and empathy towards customer needs and concerns.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp and convey complex product information·
• Collaborate mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team,
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
