Requirements:

• Must have at least 3 years of Experience

Job Description:

• Mowing, Edging, Weed Eating, and Blowing
• Planting Flowers
• Laying Mulch
• Irrigation Repair
• Responsible for 8-14 man crew
• Communicate with customers
• Ensure all guys are working safely and wearing PPE
• Responsible for holding toolbox safety meetings with crew
• Training new guys on job specific
• Keeping track of time
• Meeting Deadlines
• Diagnosing and working on equipment
• Assist manager with any other needs
• Must be able to operate tractors, excavators, marsh master, and zero turn mowers.
• Must be able to perform V&V's (Verify & Validate), LPO's (Loss Prevention Observations), and QC (Quality Control).
• This position is for a supervisor that works out in the field. This is not an office position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
