Qualifications
- Spanish speaking is beneficial but not required.
- Minimum two years of sales experience, customer service experience, or legal intake role.
- Resourceful and motivated to solve issues as they arise
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines for at least two years
- First point of contact with prospective clients, will screen leads, and will be responsible for obtaining case details that will allow the firm to determine if a case should be accepted.
- Screen incoming potential client phone calls to ensure the case falls within the firm's scope.
- Monitor/contact all potential new client inquiries (email, internet, phone, and referrals on a pending list)
- Contact potential client and establish a relationship with the client
- Update logs and reporting systems to reflect the status of potential new clients
- Conduct potential new client interviews with empathy and compassion
- Collaborate with our attorneys to complete the initial consultation process
- Follow instructions from the supervising Intake attorney and perform accordingly
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to smoothly transition cases from intake to representation. Communicate client needs and expectations effectively.
- Maintain high professionalism, courtesy, and confidentiality when interacting with clients. Ensure a positive client experience and always represent the firm's values.
