Guidepost Montessori is Hiring a Daycare Teacher Near Naples, FL
Do you love working with young children? Have you been looking for a way to grow your career as an early childhood professional? We are looking for assistant preschool teachers to support our Montessori Children's House (3-6 year old) classroom at our Naples location.
We are looking for enthusiastic andadaptable teachers who are interested in learning more about early childhood educationas we work to bring a new Montessori school to the Naples area!
Your role:
In this Assistant Teacher role, you will support our Lead Teachers in guiding children to be more independent and confident in their abilities. This is a great opportunity to start your career in Montessori, and early childhood education more generally, as many of our Assistant Teachers ultimately grow to take on Lead Teaching roles over time, thanks to our MACTE-accredited Montessori training program.
This position is a full-time role with great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.

- Have a high school diploma
- Have 45 DCF training - preferred
- Are familiar with the development of young children
- Have strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset
- Are willing to grow and learn
- Have a valid CPR certification or are willing to become certified prior to start date
