Assistant Teachers

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Teacher Assistants, Assistant Teachers and Child Care workers who are interested in learning more about early childhood education at our Montessori school in the Lynnwood, WA area!

Your role :

In this Assistant role, you will support our Lead Teachers in guiding children to be more independent and confident in their abilities.

This position is a full-time role with great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.

The hourly pay range for this position is $17-19 per hour, depending on experience.

We would love to talk to you if you :

  • Have experience working with children ages 0-6 (preferred)
  • Have 6-12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits (preferred)
  • Prior experience as a nanny, babysitter, nursery, customer service
  • Ability to work well with other adults
  • Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
