As the Sr. Paralegal, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and complex tasks while building and maintaining client rapport. To be successful in this position, you will need to be a self-starter, flexible with multiple work-styles, and have 4 years of in-depth experience with legal documents and protocol. Responsibilities:

• Performs substantive paraprofessional and administrative support to the Company’s staff litigation counsel.
• Drafts, dates, signs, faxes, mails, files, serves original legal documents, correspondence, motions, discovery, and pleadings.
• Creates templates as necessary.
• Creates medical expense summaries and chronologies.
• Summarizes depositions, interrogatories, testimony.
• Maintains attorney dockets.
• Updates and maintains procedure manuals.
• Contacts, follows-up, schedules, calendars.
• May train/mentor incoming paralegals to the department.
• Additional related duties assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
