Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success, the Customer Success Training Specialist plays an integral role in helping Guideline achieve its mission - helping everyone arrive at a secure retirement.
In this role, you will build and manage a world-class Customer Success training program. You will be responsible for preparing the team for any new regulation and product launches.
You will lead new hire onboarding for the Customer Success team and ensure new hires have a strong understanding of our internal tools and 401(k). This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves building programs and systems from the ground up, and is passionate about creating world-class learning experiences.

The expected Salary Range for this position is $75,500 - $93,750 annually. Compensation is determined by numerous factors such as your qualifications, experience, and work location.
