Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry. As a Client
Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as you will be interacting directly with clients of our financial planning company.
Responsibilities
  • Handle money movement and requests from clients promptly and accurately.
  • Process new account paperwork, including annuity and investment applications, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a professional manner.
  • Assist financial advisors in servicing client accounts and executing client requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred, but not required.
