Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

- Perform facilities maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Fabricate and weld metal parts as needed
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
- Work with logic controllers for automated systems

Requirements:

- Demonstrated leadership skills in a maintenance setting
- Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices
- Ability to fabricate and weld metal parts
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Fluency in English for effective communication
- Experience with Electrical systems and repairs
- Knowledge of logic controllers for automated systems
