Every Thursday from 10a-5p Guggenheimer Health and Rehab Center located at 1902 Grace Street, Lynchburg, VA 24504.

We are looking for outstanding full-time, part-time and per diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) (offering shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am) that enjoy making the most out of every moment, who enjoy working with older adults and believe in the values, Respect, Compassion and Skilled Professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • Valid CNA/LPN/RN license required

Full vaccination against COVID-19 or a medical/religious exemption is required.

Salary/ Wage Range

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.

  • 100% Continuing Education Unit (“CEU”) & License Renewal reimbursement will be provided with a maximum of $300.00 per employee per year for those employees required to obtain CEU's or license renewal to maintain certification/licensure.

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • Have current and initial certification by examination or by endorsement

Experience:

  • Skilled Nursing Home LTC: 1 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • State licensure for position applying

Work Location: One location

Additional Information:

RNs & LPNs - Sign on bonus $10,000 for Full time & $5,000 for Part time

CNAs - Sign on bonus $5,000 for Full time & $2,500 for Part time
