Guardian Angel Hospice desires an LPN who can combine a working knowledge of Hospice Care regulatory standards with a proven track record in delivering and documenting quality care in the home. The LPN provides services requiring specialized nursing skills per the plan of care set forth by the attending physician and the interdisciplinary team.
