Guardian Service Industries Inc. is looking for a qualified employee to start working as Porter in Jersey City, NJ.

Pay Rate: Starting $16.25 / hr

Qualifications

• All qualified applicants should have at least 2 years in a service organization.
• Must possess experience in cleaning/janitorial background.
• Basic Painting
• Wall Repair
• Light Plumbing
• Light Electrical and Carpentry
• Ability to communicate with site management, operations managers, and property manager’s
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Be team player

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of residential general common areas.
• Mopping.
• Vacuuming.
• Trash removal.
• Cleaning lounge, gym and rest rooms.
• Know how to use floor machines
• Be able to lift up at least 40 lbs.
