Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our team. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and business development efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, and eager to grow their career in the field. This is an entry level sales position with a 6 month fast track to managment program.

Duties:
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Generate leads as part of a team for free in home estimates
- Present product information to clients and address any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Proficient in using Leadperfection or other CRM software
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
