We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Practice Brand Coordinator to join our fast-growing team.

Job Summary

The Practice Brand Coordinator will work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to support the marketing needs of regional dental practices.

This role is instrumental in developing year-long patient engagement campaigns and promotions that resonate with diverse patient profiles.

The coordinator will support the creation of multi-media creative campaigns, working closely with the Brand Manager to ensure region-specific content is compelling and on-brand.

The individual will conduct persona / segmentation profiling to better understand patient demographics and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

Collaborating with local offices, the coordinator will conduct market research to inform targeted marketing initiatives.

The role involves managing new patient promotions, including discounts, membership plans and raffles to attract and retain patients.

Supporting the Marketing Manager as needed, the Patient Engagement and Reputation Coordinator will play a critical role in day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring that patient engagement is strong, and our practice's reputation continues to grow positively.

Your contributions will support larger-scale projects and everyday operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of top-notch marketing services to our network of dental practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develops year-long patient engagement campaigns and promotions to enhance patient relationships and retention.
  • Manages and executes new patient promotions, leveraging a variety of incentives and referral marketing to attract new patients.

Supports year-long calendar planning and patient education communications including email, SMS, and in-house communication.

  • Supports the creation and execution of multi-media campaigns and collaborating closely with the Brand Manager to develop content for the region.
  • Demonstrates exceptional copywriting skills, with a proficiency in creating and producing compelling content that effectively drives conversions through strategic calls to action.
  • Conducts persona / segmentation profiling to tailor marketing strategies targeting patients.
  • Works in partnership with local offices to conduct market research and gather insights for targeted campaign development.
  • Provides robust support to the Marketing Manager, contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.
  • Employs excellent communication skills, with a command of PowerPoint and Excel, to create impactful presentations and analyze data effectively.
  • Supports the manager in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrable experience with patient communication and engagement platforms designed for dental and healthcare practices.
  • Proficient in extracting and analyzing reports and interpreting data to report on results.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills :

  • Proficiency in reputation management systems like Birdeye, with the capacity to monitor and enhance our practice's online presence.
  • Experience with patient communication platforms such as RevenueWell, facilitating effective and targeted patient outreach.
  • Familiarity with creative suites such as Canva, enabling the creation of visually appealing marketing assets for the practice as needed.
  • Adept at working in a collaborative environment while also capable of executing tasks independently.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the marketing domain, taking on increasing responsibilities over time.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing plans.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and leveraging Excel for data analysis and visualization.
  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and optimal resource utilization.

Compensation & Structure :

  • Base Compensation : $60-70K bonus opportunity
  • 401k Program : Participation in 401k plan with company match
  • Benefits : Competitive health, dental, vision, long term and short-term disability and life insurance plans
  • Location : Hybrid - 25% travel to Dental Office locations across VA, MD, DC, NC / SC
