Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform basic medical tasks, including checking vital signs and monitoring patient health
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs
- Support patients with dementia care and memory care
- Provide catheter care and tube feeding when necessary
-Shift clock-ins at location via gps software application will be required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in home care, nursing homes, or a similar setting is preferred
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and techniques
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and their family members
- Ability to follow instructions from healthcare professionals accurately
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or completion of a formal training program is required or will need to be done when the employment process is being done.
