Home Health Aide / HHA, Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA, Nursing Students, Personal Care Aides Responsibilities :

• Assist clients at home with ADL's and personal care
• Assist with bathing, toileting and transfers
• Assist and encourage clients to follow prescribed exercise program, ROM and ambulation
• Remind client to take prescribed medication
• Plan, prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for client
• Provide light housekeeping
• Engage with client and provide companionship
• Experience in the home healthcare / assisted living field(s) is a plus, but not required
