We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager with a strong background in dealership management to join our growing, family-owned dealership. The perfect candidate for this role is knowledgeable, results-driven, energetic, and a motivated individual who recognizes the value of hard work and team development.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department

- Ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize department productivity and profitability

- Monitor and analyze department performance metrics

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, loyalty, and commitment

- Utilize DealerTrack and other vital software and tools to streamline operations (knowledge of DealerTrack is a plus)

- Maintain CSI minimum standards

Requirements:

-Minimum 2-5 years of experience in dealership management, specifically managing at least 25 employees

- Proven track record of achieving departmental target and driving profitability

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Strong knowledge of automotive service operations and industry best practices

- Familiarity with DealerTrack software preferred

- High level of loyalty and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Compensation:

This role offers a commission-based pay structure, based on experience, with earnings ranging from $8,000 to $11,000 per month. depending on department production.
