This role reports to the Supervisor at UNL and plays a key role on the UNL team by providing support to both our contracted/prospective agents as well as the sales team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting and interacting with existing and prospective agents via phone, and responding to daily inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Working as part of a small, collaborative, upbeat team while providing administrative support to management and peers
• Assisting our sales team with weekly and monthly reports generated in Excel
• Other related duties and special projects as needed

What you should bring to the table:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, especially via phone
• Service-focused, proactive, organized and excited about finding solutions
• 1 years of sales support and/or customer service experience
• Excel and Adobe experience
• Associate’s degree preferred; insurance industry experience a plus
