PURPOSE AND FUNCTIONS: Performs mobile blood, pathology, and/or toxicology testing in patient home or facility setting

SCHEDULE:

Mon-Thurs 7am-2pm

Areas to travel:

• All surrounding areas of Sacramento.
• San Francisco and surrounding areas
• RedBluff
• Folsom
• El Dorado Hills
• Rohnert
• San Carlos

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for collection of blood pathology testing, and/or drug screen testing
• Schedules all testing with patients in a timely manner
• Order all supplies needed to perform testing
• Enter all appointments and patient interactions on ORDERS spreadsheet
• Track all specimens collected on ORDERS spreadsheet
• Accurate data entry
• Send out specimens via FedEx and keep record of tracking information
• Communicate with supervisor and all parties associated with patient status
• Perform other program or project-related and other duties as needed or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomist Certification

REQUIREMENT(S):

• MUST be reliable and dependable
• MUST be comfortable collecting blood, COVID, urine, nail, nasal, fecal samples from patients with our testing devices
• MUST have reliable transportation as this is a mobile position
• Have access to a phone and a computer for end of day reporting
• Communication is critical
• Professional
• Able to follow instructions
• Possess the ability to keep sensitive information confidential
• Complete HIPAA training upon hire
• Great customer service
• Comfortable visiting patient homes
• Valid Driver License
• Clean background check

**Hands on patient experience is not required but recommended

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
