Warehouse Associate
Gtechniq North America – Cumming, GA

9am-5pm Monday/Friday - $17.50 an hour – overtime available when needed

Gtechniq is a UK based manufacturer of car detailing products that have a firm aim at the high-tech nanocoatings market. We produce and sell various detailing items and products, along with products for the marine, domestic and aircraft markets and we are now looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team, based at our premises in Cumming, GA.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Picking and assembling customer orders from the order sheet
• Ensuring the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely, into the correct packaging profile and onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures.
• Ensuring stock requests are submitted in a timely manner.
• Ensuring the picking and packing of correct items to build kits in advance to support the efficient picking of orders.
• Working to tight deadlines, to ensure on time in full every time.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Some heavy lifting and manual handling activities
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operation.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Knowledge/previous experience of working in a warehouse environment.
• Good timekeeping skills
• A can-do work ethic and enthusiastic attitude
• The ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team.
• The ability to listen and act on instruction.

Conditions of Employment:

• Previous warehouse experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to prepare pallets with some heavy lifting (lifting equipment available)
• Experience of repetitive roles
• Forklift licence is preferred
