Job Description:

The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) is seeking two Senior .NET Developers to work in the IT division. Sr . NET Developer is responsible for maintaining a number of stabilized .NET applications developed in VB.net, C# withOracle, and SQL server as databases. Software developer position is to analyze software requirements, designing, developing, testing and implementing the new systems or make enhancements to existing applications according to specifications fromprogram team.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

UseMicrosoft .NET Framework and a supported MVC framework, C# programming language to develop the applications.

Senior Level full-stack development experience with .Net technologies.

Use object-oriented techniques and best practices to analyze, design, development, unit testing and deployment.

Convert Existing applications to .NET Framework with additional security features

Document all deliverables and perform system unit testing and validation of procedures.

Work with the program area team on technical issues including system design and testing.

Analyzing information to recommend andplan the development and implementation of new systems or modifications of existing systems.

Work With Program team members on detailed business requirements, understanding business processes and technology, agency standards, and ensuring project goal alignment.

Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.

Work With the project manager to ensure the project plan is maintained and project milestones are being met.

Have Ability to work independently and under general supervision with opportunity for independent judgment.

Responsibleto modify existing applications due to changes in technology, security, state or federal law changes and national standards.

Proven Contribution to creating responsive websites for use on desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.

Prior Experience in React. Js and Node. Js is also welcome if the candidate is willing to work on any stacks.

Understanding Of HTML5, AngularJS, React, Node.js, and Mongo to convert Wireframes and PSDDesigns into workable web apps

JavaScriptobject models and UI element binding.

Experience Using asynchronous RESTful services (JSON)

CreatingRESTful services with Node.js

Other Responsibilities as assigned.
