Graves Foods is a 75-year-old wholesale foodservice distribution located throughout the Midwest. Graves delivers quality foodservice products to nursing homes, schools, restaurants and other foodservice providers throughout the Midwest.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to actively promote and sell products / services to existing and prospective customers in Food Service Distribution.
Position Details :
Location : Must live near Jefferson City, MO. Remote with ability to travel regionally.
Schedule & Hours : Monday-Friday. Flexible hours with some weekends as needed. (Must live near Jefferson City)
Yearly Salary : $65,000- $90,000 based on experience.
Minimum Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have Valid Drivers License & must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Strong customer service skills; proven ability to interface positively and professionally with the customer.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze territory / market's potential while keeping abreast of best practices and trends
Proven work experience as a sales representative & Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Culinary experience a plus
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
