Description
GSF is looking to add a Portfolio Analyst in Fresno, CA! Come join a dynamic property management team.
The Portfolio Analyst will support the northern district Portfolio Managers. While this person will be supporting the northern district, they will work primarily out of our Fresno Corporate office. This is an in-office position and the schedule is M-F 8-5.
**Must have proven and previous property management experience to be considered**
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS PORTFOLIO ANALYST:
- Review and process invoices in Avid
- Review Budgets v. Actuals and highlight variances that require PM attention
- Review all weekly and monthly reports for accuracy and submit to the appropriate departments
- Ensure lease renewals are completed monthly
- Monitor collections and deposits banked
- Monitor application status & flow

Job Requirements for Portfolio Analyst:
- Proven leadership and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Conduct yourself as a professional at all times
- Detail oriented is a must
- Proven organization and prioritization skills
- Works well in within a team environment
- Ability to multitask
- Experience in Excel, Appfolio and Real Page (preferred)
- Previous Property Management Experience
