GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to our dynamic property management team in Bakersfield, CA!

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and implementing weekly maintenance teamwork schedules and prioritizing work orders
• Provide direction, guidance, and supervision to all maintenance team members and/or vendors at the community
• Provide training to maintenance team to ensure proper performance of their functions and consistency with company policies, procedures and safety standards
• Oversee and help with all aspects of maintenance, plumbing, electrical work, appliance evaluation and repair, and any other job duties and responsibilities related to maintenance for the property.
• Respond to emergency maintenance repairs after normal working hours
• Able to manage and work well with your team
• Strong leadership skills

Requirements

Maintenance Supervisor Job Requirements:

• 5 years of maintenance experience
• 2 years in a proven maintenance leadership role
• Multi-Family apartment property management experience
• Must be HVAC certified with proof of certifications
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance and HVAC certified.
• Comfortable with using tablets and technology
