GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Leasing Consultant in Fresno, CA, join our dynamic property management team!
Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
- Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
- Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements
Leasing Consultant Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales-related role, preferably within Residential Property Management. Experience in hospitality, retail, sales or customer service will also be considered.
- Excellent Customer Service experience
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media).
- Must be able to work 36-40 hours per week and Saturdays
- Valid CA License and active auto insurance
