Job Requirements of Assistant Property Manager:
- Minimum 2 years of current and proven leasing experience in multi-family apartments
- 1 year of affordable housing in multi-family
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Proven leadership experience

- M-F 8am-5pm
- Valid Driver's License, and current car insurance
