At Pikolinos USA Corp. we are looking for a new talent to add to our Ecommerce team as a Ecommerce Manager. As a
Ecommerce Manager , your mission will be oversee all aspects of the D2C e-commerce business in the United States.
For this, your main functions will be: - Oversee North America D2C e-commerce with P&L responsibility.
- Develop North America e-commerce strategies to grow revenue, increase profitability and support the overall brand experience.
- Deliver business results and growth by partnering with head quarters Digital Business team, CRM, IT, Marketing and with US cross-functional partners in areas such as merchandising, marketing, whole sale, warehouse...
- Partner with buying team and category managers on the e-commerce buy.
- Manage market level communication of e-commerce calendar including seasonal flips and site refreshes.
- Work closely with the head quarters team as well as local marketing team and local agency on monitoring and fine tune US online campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Keep up to date with evolving online media and technology trends in partnership with cross-functional partners.
- Communicate Development Roadmap calendar to US team as well as develop and present business cases on any local requests. Assis with testing of new releases.
- Oversee catalogue set-up processes and in-season management/anlysis.
- Partners with planning and logistics teams to ensure exceptional client experience including appropriate product availability, timely order fulfillment and product packaging that meet the company's standard.
- Partner with CCO and CX Manager to ensure a consistent brand experience for the client.
- Ensures adoption and use of programs/tools by monitoring compliance and soliciting evaluating and applying suggestions for improving efficiency or effectiveness.
- Ensures that our US website is up to day with all the local laws and requirements partnering with our Headquarters legal team.
- Support new marketplaces openings partnering with Headquarters Digital Busines team.
- Support our business in pureplayers ( Zappos, Amazon,...) and eretailers ( Nordstrom, Macys,...).
We want to know you if: - More than 3 years of e-commerce experience.
- Proven cross-functional team leader.
- Exceptional communication skills and collaborative and influencing skills.
- Systems/technology savvy.
- Experience delivering large cross-functional initiatives.
- Prior fashion ecommerce experience a plus.
