- Oversee and manage all aspects of food service operations
- Develop and implement dietary plans in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure compliance with sanitation standards
- Coordinate menu planning and food production activities
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for food supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Train and mentor staff on food safety protocols

Skills:

- Certification as a Dietary Manager preferred

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
