Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate appointments for the sales team
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and promote our services
- Conduct warm calling to engage prospects and build relationships
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying new leads and opportunities

Skills:
- Experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Meticulous Record Keeping: Keep our operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Seamless communication within our team is key
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to engage prospects positively
