```Duties```
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the kitchen
- Plan and create menus that are in line with dietary restrictions and preferences
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of dietary department operations and regulations
- Excellent culinary skills with a focus on taste, presentation, and creativity
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
