We're currently seeking exceptional individuals to join us as Armed Reserve Security Agents. This unique position demands maintaining an on-call status, ready to spring into active status, based on our clients' evolving security needs. As an Armed Reserve Security Agent, you'll need to carry a firearm (Concealed)and must have all necessary licenses and certifications in accordance with local and state regulations. This role isn't merely about being on standby—it involves serving as a crucial component of our strategic reserve team that offers flexibility, responsiveness, and the potential for growth within our prestigious organization.

For the Armed Reserve Security Agent position, your responsibilities will involve:

Close Protection: Safeguarding individuals, often high-profile clients, from potential risks or threats.
Travel Security: Ensuring the safety of clients during transit, including route planning and logistics.
Residential Protection: Securing private residences, minimizing risk, and ensuring client privacy.
Bodyguard Services: Providing personal protection, often in public spaces, against any security threats.
Private Event Security: Ensuring the security of guests, staff, and venue at private functions.
Vulnerability Assessments: Identifying potential threats to clients' security and devising risk mitigation strategies.
Executive Protection: Offering a heightened level of personal security for corporate executives.
Executive Drivers: Combining transportation services with security considerations for high-profile clients.
Enterprise Security: Protecting business entities from physical or digital threats.
Risk Mitigation: Identifying and implementing strategies to reduce security risks.
School Security: Creating a safe educational environment for students and staff.
Workplace Violence Intervention: Addressing and preventing violence in professional settings.

Experience & Skills:

The ideal candidates will possess:

A bachelor's degree (preferred).
Extensive background in military, law enforcement, or corporate security (required).
Excellent oral and written communication skills, coupled with strong analytical abilities.
An established reputation for integrity and trustworthiness.
Completion of an executive protection training program from a reputable school/academy (preferred).
Proven proficiency in firearms handling and medical experience.
Proficiency in report writing and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent physical fitness and professional appearance.

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $40 to $65, reflecting your skills, experience, and the responsibilities of the role. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package. Full-time employees become eligible for these benefits after a 90-day probation period. These include diverse medical insurance options through California Choice, Dental Coverage, Vision Plan, and short-term disability insurance. We also offer an array of additional voluntary benefits from Colonial Life Insurance.

After 9 months, you can enroll in our comprehensive 401K program, which gives you the flexibility to choose between a Traditional 401K (pre-tax) or a Roth 401K (post-tax).

Please note that all benefits are voluntary and can be waived if you prefer.

License & Certification Requirements:

Candidates are REQUIRED to possess all necessary licenses and certifications to carry a firearm according to local and state regulations.

The applicant is REQUIRED to possess and provide the following certifications:

California Guard Card (BSIS)
Exposed Firearms Permit
CCW or H218
Powers to Arrest Certificate
Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) Certificate
Driver’s License (DL)
