GRS COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Resident Services & Lifestyle Specialist Near Springs, FL

GRS Community Management has an exciting opportunity for a Resident Services & Lifestyle Specialist for a luxury HOA onsite communities in Bonita springs, Florida. The candidate will assist in the social activities, take reservations, and provide a smiling face and pleasant attitude!

  • Welcome and assist with new resident experience.
  • Communicate with residents daily, in a friendly and appropriate manner.
  • Monitors Clubhouse Entry Doors.
  • Greets Owners, Residents, Visitors, and Vendors upon arrival at the Clubhouse.
  • Maintains Guest and Vendor Visitor Log.
  • Facilitates Guest Waiver and Wristband Process.
  • Respond to inquiries from Owners/Residents; if unable to handle, obtain contact information and refer the request to the appropriate staff member or vendor/operator.
  • Answers and directs Clubhouse incoming phone calls.
  • Oversees Key Fob process (issues new fobs, issues replacement fobs, updates fob computer system for Owners/Residents and On-Site Staff (Restaurant, Spa, Cleaning Service).
  • Updates Key Fob and Barcode computer system (inputs new info, deletes info on Owners/Residents, staff who no longer reside or work here).
  • Runs Key Fob and Barcode reports if needed.
  • Maintains community key box and issuance of keys as appropriate.
  • Processed incoming mail and delivered packages or materials.
  • Checks Resident Services/HOA Mailbox daily.
  • Assists the Lifestyle Director with the Club mailbox/cabinet key log.
  • Support the operations of the Clubhouse as per the direction of the management team.
  • Walks the Clubhouse and Pool Deck, and Recreation Tract on weekends or days the General Manager is not on-site, making note of issues to be addressed.
  • Assists General Manager and Fitness Committee with the facilitation of Fitness Program instructors.
  • Assists Owners/Residents with Fitness Class registration. Notifies management of inventory levels for supplies needed.
  • Manage reservation software for fitness, sports, amenity reservations, and event ticket sales.
  • Assist owners/residents in person or over the phone with community reservations/tickets.
  • Monitors VBResidentServices@grsmgt.com and valenciabonitahoa@gmail.com e-mail mailboxes daily and responds to inquiries.
  • Assist the Lifestyle Director in planning, promoting, and executing a comprehensive community event and programming calendar for residents.
  • Assists Lifestyle & Entertainment Director with collecting responses for events and preparing lists of attendees as appropriate.
  • Assists in clubhouse room set-ups for events, club meetings, & entertainment offerings.
  • Set up linens and decorations as needed for events at the clubhouse.
  • Set up and replenish coffee, tea, and water stations as appropriate during events.
  • Set up backstage dressing rooms with refreshments and beverages for entertainers.
  • Greets Owners/Residents/Guests at HOA-sponsored events; checks in & obtains tickets.
  • Acts as a certified Crowd Control Manager during events and monitors attendees for safety and enjoyment during events at the Clubhouse.
  • Assist the Lifestyle & Entertainment Director in facilitating events at the clubhouse (movie nights, socials, etc.)
  • Assist the Lifestyle & Entertainment Director and event volunteers with collecting/storing linens, decorations, seat numbers, and row numbers.
  • Assist in content creation for community communications – website, newsletters, promotional materials, social media accounts, etc. as per the direction of the management team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day on a rotating shift schedule with two consecutive days off. The Clubhouse is open 7 days a week.
  • The position requires weekend, holiday, and some evening availability (2-3 times per month).
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Polished and Professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Excel Spreadsheets, and Customer Service.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time Status.

  • $21 an hour.
