We are a growing law firm looking for an outstanding Pre-Litigation Attorney with at least 2 years of high volume Personal Injury and/or Workers Compensation experience.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who possesses strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Attorney Skills and Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia, is a plus
• Possess great Reporting & Research Skills
• Able to build Client Relationships and practice Client Confidentiality
• Must be able to Plan, be Organized & Dependable
• Attention to Detail

Attorney Job Duties:

• Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, or legal rights and obligations.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact and communicating case progress.
• Gather evidence to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of the case.
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
