What We Offer:
Pay Structure: earning potential of over $100K annually (Draw against Commission)
Full Time: 5 day work week (Monday-Saturday: Must be able to work retail hours)

Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s flooring and design needs
Build client relationships and ensure follow up is completed on all jobs
Schedule appointments to visit customer’s homes or workplace to provide product and design advice
Be point of contact for customer to provide flooring sample suggestions, create client proposals/estimates, review space measurements, calculate number of materials needed for projects, and perform quality control throughout project
Keep up to date on the wide selection of products and services available
Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications, availability, and sampling requirements
Manage time between the showroom and prospecting in the community
Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays, and common areas neat, current, and clean
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2-4 years’ proven work experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, Outside Sales, or similar role
Basic computer/social media and math skills a must
Proper phone etiquette a must
A positive attitude and desire to exceed expectations
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Strong personal and professional judgment
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to customers’ needs and wants
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
Ability to achieve sales goals effectively
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Advanced time management skills
Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
Knowledge of flooring industry a plus (Willing to train)
Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
