Grow is seeking interns for a paid summer internship program running from June 3 to August 9, 2024. Internships are available on each of our core teams – Creative, Development, Client Engagement, and Production. Applications close April 28.

Program Details

As a Grow Intern, you’ll have an opportunity to experience meaningful work in your area of interest, develop new skills, and build relationships across our agency. Some of the many benefits of the program include:

This is a paid internship in our downtown Norfolk, VA office. Selected interns will be paid $720/week and expected to work 40 hours/week.

Opportunities are available within each of the following departments:

• Creative – This team concepts and crafts our work product. Typical roles include concept development, art direction, copywriting, design, and motion.

• Technology – This team brings our experiences to life with purposeful innovation and flawless builds. Roles on this team include front-end development, back-end development, and creative technology.

• Client Engagement – This team charts the course for highly successful client relationships, expertly connecting client needs with our capabilities, and ensuring we deliver business-moving results. Engagement roles span junior to director level roles, with contributions ranging from support to account ownership.

• Production – This team steers the work to successful delivery, including expertly-crafted project plans, resource management, day-to-day coordination, and problem solving. Production roles span junior to director-level roles, guiding projects of varying complexities.

Requirements

• Open to rising college Sophomores and above

• Able to commit to expected hours of 40/week

• Able to work in-office daily at our downtown Norfolk, VA location

• Authorized to work in the United States

This is a full-time position at our office in downtown Norfolk, Virginia.
