Come be a part of Phat Panda, where your success is our priority! The pay for this role is $16.28 / hour. There is a $1 pay increase once you are fully certified.

This is a full time position that operates Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. What Does this Position Entail? This position is responsible for producing pre-rolled joints and prepares inventory to meet production and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for- Reading and understanding all labels for on-hand insecticides, fungicides, multicides, beneficial bacteria and insects / nematodes Deciding what product needs to be applied, where it is applied, and when it is needs to be applied Mixing tank applications of insecticides, fungicides, miticides, beneficial bacteria and insects / nematodes Applying pesticides on cannabis crops, applied pesticides to the root zones of cannabis plants in accordance with all state, local and federal laws Following directive given by Applicator License Holder;

communicates upcoming and daily operations Cleaning and maintaining all sprayers, pumps, hoses, barrels used for pesticides applications Making records of all pesticide applications applied to crops Maintaining compliant storage of all pesticides and herbicides and the proper disposal of pesticides and the containers Wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment when handling or applying Coaching and training new and existing crew members Ensuring the work area and all equipment is clean and organized Assisting with Research & Development projects as assigned Performing all other duties / responsibilities as necessary or assigned Maintaining a medical seal for respirator.

A medical seal defined as an airtight seal between the respirator and wearer's face free of obstruction All employees are expected to adhere to company Standards of Conduct & Discipline, and should prioritize a team player attitude in supporting various departments and projects as requested by leadership.
