**Description**

As an Integrations Associate, the primary responsibility will be to assist in maintaining the tool supply cribs and vending machines with inventory located at our customers sites. The main flow of supplies will be facilitated through the use of industrial vending solutions. Candidate will be performing picking, packing, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery to customer locations. We are seeking a motivated individual to provide inventory management support, stocking and customer service. The position requires strong customer service, organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate must be trustworthy and able to work both independently and with a team.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Daily communication and partnership with the Integrations Manager regarding short and long term objectives.

* Daily delivery and replenishment of automated dispensing equipment, stockroom, and related virtual cribs.

* Efficient flow of products from the point of receipt into the warehouse from vendors to the delivery of products to our customers

* Communication with customer regarding urgent or unexpected changes in demand and ensuring that we are exceeding expectations.

* Cycle counting on hand inventory maintained in the Tool Crib and making inventory adjustments.

* Ensure the dispensing equipment, stockroom and related areas are clean and properly working.

* Perform post-counts and correct any discrepancies for items put into tool crib/vending machines.

* Collect, resolve and maintain stock levels on the floor and adjust machines.

* Other duties as assigned.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

* High School diploma or GED required

* Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude

* Basic computer and technical skills, experience with vending software a plus

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook Preferred

* Work experience ideal, but not required, in warehouse, delivery and customer service

* Must have a valid Drivers License with the ability to deliver product to customers sites

* Demonstrates effective written/oral communication skills and customer service skills

* Individual must be detail oriented and accurate

* Motivated and takes initiative
