Grove Dental Associates is Hiring a Front Desk Dental Receptionist Near Grove, OK

We are looking for a motivated person to join our dental front office staff in Grove, Oklahoma, on Grand Lake. The basic details include: Full time front office or scheduling coordinator with a Monday through Thursday work schedule, and a rotation schedule for Friday mornings. Our benefit package includes: insurance (health, vision, dental, etc), paid time off, holiday pay, 401K matching, regular bonuses and more!

As a part of the front office staff, your goal is to serve and provide superior support to patients while working hand-in-hand with dentists and dental assistants, to ensure procedures and time are comfortable and efficient.

A few specific duties you can expect to perform:

  • Patient scheduling and confirmation
  • Maintaining patient accounts
  • Discuss financials and collect payments
  • Direct customer service

Salary range begins at $18.00/hour and may increase based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $999.00 per hour
