Description: This position will be responsible for managing the many facets of the Microsoft Intune deployment and management platform for Computer Services and Support. Additionally, this position will also provide tier 2 technical support for the students and employees of Grove City College as well as performing administrative functions related to the operation of Computer Services and Support.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in a technology-related major; equivalent experience in a technology-intensive field may be considered. Must have a minimum of six (6) months experience managing the Microsoft Intune environment. Additional certifications may be required based on duties assigned. Successful candidate must be detailed oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact on a professional basis with a wide range of constituents, particularly in planning and executing technical resource needs for events and serving as liaison to external parties and vendors.
