This is a remote role requiring that you live in one of the states where we currently have business operations (AL, AZ, FL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, OH, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA).

What you'll be doing:As a Software Sales Manager at Stahls’ you will work in a supportive culture with other incredibly talented and intelligent people, creating industry-leading products. You will also have growth opportunities as we have a culture that supports your personal and professional development.

The Software Sales manager is responsible for working with customers to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for Stahls’ Fulfill Engine software solutions. The Software Sales Manager will manage opportunities for Fulfill Engine software solutions through the buyer journey and lead or assist with their implementation remotely or onsite at a customer facility.

  • Identify opportunities for Stahls’ Fulfill Engine software.
  • Lead sales calls to identify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
  • Work with sales representatives to identify and close opportunities for Stahls’ Fulfill Engine.
  • Identify and escalate new feature requests and capture customer use cases and values to assist in prioritization.
  • Follow-up on Marketing generated leads for Stahls’ Fulfill Engine software.
  • Prospect for potential customers for Stahls’ Fulfill Engine software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity records.
  • When required, travel to customer facilities to help identify opportunities for the customer to use the software.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers during and after onboarding to drive renewals.
  • As needed, assists with rolling out new features to existing Stahls’ Fulfill Engine customers.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Degree required.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Knowledge of selling software solutions.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience selling B2B software solutions.
  • Experience in the apparel decoration industry.
  • Experience in Heat Printing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills.
  • Must be able to use a computer and other office equipment.
