Overview

Group O is looking a for Systems Analyst to join our team. The Systems Analyst role is responsible for the implementation, support, and ongoing management of enterprise solution systems and services. Tasks will include ongoing support required to rapidly resolve issues, testing new processes and functionality, as well as participation in identifying and designing continuous improvement projects to deliver new, enhanced functionality to accomplish company goals.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain IT systems and services with complex technical specifications
• Provides analytical advice and direction for application and technology that impacts current business operations and encompasses the future company vision
• Provide resolution of critical situational technical problems
• Recommend modifications of basic IT systems in order to improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating costs
• Evaluate and modify existing technology to take into account changes in business requirements or equipment configurations
• Liaison with users to track additional requirements and features
• Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments
• Assist in training IT team members and end users
• Escalation point for more complex system issues

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in IT discipline or equivalent work experience

Training:

• Ongoing training with application providers to stay current with new functionality

Skills:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Experience:

• 3 – 5 years of related experience
• Exposure to enterprise level applications (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance and Operations, Solochain, Paycom, SharePoint, SQL, Azure Dev Ops)
