Provide basic customer support via telephone as required per program in English and another language.

Primary Tasks:

• Provide basic customer support via multiple channels for each assigned program; inbound and/or outbound in English and another language
• Document completely and accurately call information provided by the system
• Document calls for research and escalate through appropriate chain of command
• Review spec sheets and training manuals and provided sites to remain current on client programs
• Notify Supervisor of any issues or events

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal)
• Good customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in a second language

Experience:

• Basic Customer service experience
• Basic phone handling experience
