Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility studies, project costing, and requirement analysis to support the development of high-impact projects within the Telematics Support Platform (TSP).
• Implement change control procedures and perform cost benefit analysis to ensure project efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum, XP, Kanban, and SAFe to facilitate project management and delivery.
• Leverage industry knowledge in automotive, telematics, infotainment systems, and connected cars to provide valuable insights and support to project initiatives.
• Demonstrate domain expertise in TSP platform and applications to effectively contribute to project planning and execution.
• Translate client product storyboards and specifications into comprehensive product requirements, facilitating the development process.
• Ensure adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) principles and Agile methodologies, guiding cross-functional teams through the product journey from conception to launch.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, end users, and IT teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to drive project success.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and develop end-to-end test plans to validate project deliverables and ensure quality.
• Prioritize and manage product feature backlog, collaborating with development teams to plan and execute development activities effectively.
• Develop detailed product feature specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the automotive or telematics industry.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, and requirement analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure implementations, such as AWS or Azure, is desirable.
• Sound understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Agile methodologies or business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
