What’s your role:

• Assist in open and close duties daily
• Perform intake and processing of jewelry repairs
• Receive inbound repairs for processing
• Type and process appraisals
• Assist with custom and special orders
• Communicate estimate information to customers for their items
• Maintain organized, clean and efficient work environment
• Assist customers with new goods purchases as needed

What we look for in candidates:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, some weekends required
• Bachelors or Associates Degree – preferred
• Previous experience in Watch, Jewelry or Retail repairs or sales a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn basic jewelry repair and service skills and processing of orders, estimates and other repairs (training will be provided)
• Focus on greeting customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Develop and nourish relationships with active and prospective clients
• Detail oriented, results driven, and a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and follow up skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and strong prioritization skills
• Excels working in a team environment
