Schedule :

• Monday-Friday, 6am-230pm
• Overtime available

Duties :

• Set up and operate CNC Horizontal Boring Mill
• Follow blueprints / instructions in the creation process
• Plan sequence of operations to take part to completion
• Collaborate with fellow machinists to help plan parts
• Performs preventative maintenance
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Contribute to team effort by safely accomplishing related responsibilities
• All other duties as assigned

Requirements :

• 5-10 years of horizontal experience required
• 3 years of HMB preferred
• Experience in set-up of a larger HBM and machine operations
• Experience with a Fanuc 16i or other Fanuc control
• Must have your own tools
• Must have the ability to be self-directed and to problem solve independently
• Must be able to read blueprints for manufacturing
• Must be able to run basic tool room machinery (small lathes and mills, surface grinder) to support set-up
