Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin is Hiring a Senior Therapist - Autism Spectrum Disorder (MSW, LCSW, BCBA or Clinical Psychologist) Near Madison, WI

1.0 FTE/40 hours per week.Hybrid Position - Will be mix of remote and onsite clinical work This position will design and implement treatment programs for children, teenagers, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder in collaboration with the Autism Services Program Manager. The Senior Therapist will conduct initial and ongoing assessments, train and supervise a treatment team of Autism Program Assistants in the implementation of member programs, conduct parent/caregiver training, directly implement treatment programs to members, evaluate member progress toward treatment goals, maintain regular contact with the parents/guardians of the children and adolescents in the program receiving services, monitor treatment fidelity and integrity, and adjust treatment protocols based on outcome data. The Senior Therapist will be part of the Autism Services Program and provide clinic-based, virtual, and in-home treatment per department protocols. They will complete documentation in the electronic medical record in a timely manner per department and organization protocols, and chart in a manner that is patient-oriented and professional. The Senior Therapist will lead case consultations with their behavior teams and be an active participant in department meetings.The incumbent knows and abides by all Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW) organizational and departmental policies, sets personal standards and strives for high quality work in completing assignments, performs job duties in a timely manner, and represents the organization in a positive manner. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) granted by the Behavior Analyst Certification BoardLicensed or eligible for licensure in the state of WisconsinA minimum of two thousand hours supervised training involving direct one-on-one work withindividuals with autism spectrum disorders using evidence-based, efficacious therapy models.A minimum of two years of experience as a supervisor of less experienced providersCommitment and proven ability to provide inclusive, equitable, respectful, and competent care to persons of diverse cultural backgrounds and identities.Knowledge of and ability to use personal computers required. Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, and ability to learn and use electronic medical record systems such as EPIC required. Access to and ability to use a personal computer with stable access to high-speed internet and video conferencing capacity.Ability to work effectively with clinic and administration and to be a team player in a team-oriented environment required. Ability to interact productively with staff at all levels required.The ability to listen, troubleshoot and be flexible is required. Professional manner necessary to deal courteously and effectively with patients and the public required.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with GHC-SCW staff.Driver’s license and means to travel to clients via a dependable mode of transportation.Ability to work with minimal supervision required. Ability to work in an office and remote environment required.Ability to maintain patient confidentiality required. Knowledge of or ability to learn HIPAA requirements.
